Welcome to Finn's Fight - One dog's fight to help others
Finn is a labrador retriever that has Canine Epilepsy and has some very interesting challenges and adventures in his 3 short years. With a diagnosis of Canine Epilepsy, Finn and his parents have started Finn's Fight so that his story can help others.
As a non-profit group, Finn's Fight is raising money to help families who need assistance with paying for diagnostic testing, vet visits, dietary needs, follow-up care, and prescription medicine and thus leads to "one dog's fight to help others". By working with local veterinary clinics, Humane Societies, and animal rescue programs we will identify those most in need that can benefit from outside assistance to help with the costs associated with a dog with Canine Epilepsy. As we grow, we would also like to expand to helping fund Canine Epilepsy research for possible new treatments and perhaps a cure.
Our goal is to raise awareness for the disease and to help families facing these challenges nativate through the process. To share information about the disease, alternatives and suggestions for therapies, and any new advances in research.
